Manual Screw Cap Sealers

Device to apply the tamper-evident ring seal at the base of
PRE-THREADED metal screw caps.

Models A,B,C,D,E and F are easy to use, twin-lever
machines. Each machine is specific for one size of cap 
only (31.5mm versions can do 18 or 24mm high caps: ‘oil’
caps with or without pourer inserts).

Model G is an adjustable version, suitable for caps of
diameter 18 to 35mm. Robust and easily adjustable, but with 
slightly slower operation than the other models.

Caps must be applied by hand, or using a tightening device. 
before using the sealer, and must be matched to the bottle
so sufficient tamper-strip is available for crimping.

Speed 300-800 bottles per hour.
