Typically used to reduce levels of mineral salts in water used for diluting spirits, to reduce risk of haze formation. Also removes Chlorine, taints, and particulates, useful for product dilution water, final equipment rinsing, etc.

This units are designed to be wall mounted and feature easily changeable membranes, particulate and carbon filter cartridges. There are integral pressure gauges and a TDS (total dissolved solids) meter.

Requires water supply at minimum 70psi, or the PR13-500 model has a booster pump, useful for low pressure supply. Standard inlet and outlets are 3/8” ‘John Guest type pushfit tube.

Permeate flow rates below are approximate, for 98% salts rejection rate, at 70psi feed pressure and 20 deg C: will reduce at lower pressure/temperature. See specification sheet for more details. All RO units produce a ‘concentrate’ waste stream of water with increased minerals content: this can be run to drain but is potable or could be used for washing etc.
