This semi-automatic bench-top piston filling machine for medium-viscous liquids and creams is simple to operate, versatile, reliable, and accurate.

The filler is capable of handling low to medium viscosity products without hard particles, like toiletries, creams, ‘gel’ hand sanitiser.

Feed from hopper or via hose, normally from a raised tank. Input and output speeds and pressure easily adjustable. Machines have a pneumatic ‘anti-drip’ valve and are supplied with a selection of nozzles. Standard seals are silicone but others like EPDM, nitrile, or Viton can be supplied.

Requires compressed air and low-power 240V. single
