This semi-automatic bench-top piston filling machine for non-viscous liquids is simple to operate, versatile, reliable, and accurate.

The filler is capable of handling low viscosity products without large particles, like  toiletries, cleaning fluids, ‘runny gel’ hand sanitiser.

Feed via hose from floor level or raised tank. Input and output speeds and pressure easily adjustable. Machines have a pneumatic ‘anti-drip’ valve and are supplied with a selection of nozzles. Standard seals are silicone but others like EPDM, nitrile, or Viton can be supplied.

Requires compressed air and low-power 240V. single phase electric supply.
